- Pasta: 100 gm
- Tomato: 1 (finely chopped)
- Green Capsicum: 1/2 (finely chopped)

- Yellow Capsicum: 1/2 (finely chopped)
- Black Olive: 1 Tsp
- Onion: 1/2 (finely chopped)
- Mayonnaise: 200 gm
- Cream: 100 ml
- Salt according to taste

Method:
- Boil the water in a wide mouth vessel and mix some salt in it.
- Cook pasta until it gets a little soft.
- Remove from hot water and immediately put it in cold water and take out.
- Put a boiled pasta and all the vegetables in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise and cream in it
- Now mix these all well.
- Put your delicious salad in the fridge for a while and then serve it coolly.
Healthy Pasta Salad:

- Whole grain pasta: 200 gm
- Broccoli: 1 cup
- Garlic: 2 clove
- Olive oil: 2 teaspoon
- Tomatoes: 2 (Chopped)
- Black Pepper: 1tsp
- Vinegar: 2 tsp
- Lettuce Leaves: 4
- Oregano: 1 tsp
- A handful of basil
- Salt according to taste

- To make this salad first, boil pasta for 10 to 15 minutes.
- When the pasta is cooked, then pour its water and wash it well in the running water.
- Prepare pasta, lettuce leaves, broccoli, tomatoes, garlic in the serving bowl well.

- Add salt, black pepper powder and oregano on it.

- Now boil the water again in this vessel. Add salt and a spoonful refined oil. When the water starts boiling, add the pasta in it. After boiling the pasta, filter it in the sieve Remove the water and put this pasta in the vegetables.

- Pasta: 100 gm
- Boiled Potato: 2 ( Chopped)
- Frozen Peas: 1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
- Black Pepper Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salad Leaf: 1/2 cup (Finely chopped)
- Lemon Juice: 1 teaspoon
- Salt according to taste
Servings: 4
Method:
- Put the pasta, a little salt and 3 cups of water in the pan to boil.
- Cut the boiled potato into small pieces.
- After boiling pasta for 8-10 minutes, water sesame.
- Boil pea grams for 5-6 minutes with 1 cup of water.
